1. What sizes are the blankets?

There are three sizes of blankets: 30x40 inches; 50x60 inches; 60x80 inches. The most popular size is 50x60 inches.

2. What sizes are the canvas wall art?

The three most popular sizes are: 8x10; 11x14; 16x20 inches. There are some other bigger sizes such as 16x24; 20x24; 24x30; 24x36; 30x40; 32x48 inches

3. Does the canvas have a frame or glass over it?

If you pick a “frame canvas” option, there will be a frame over it. We do offer framed posters, with these products, it will have the glass over them.

4. How long does it take to receive the packages?

As usual, the canvas production time is 5-7 days, blanket production time is 3-5 days. The delivery normally takes 7-14 days. Furthermore, we do offer "fast shipping" and "shipping overnight" if you are in urgent

5. Is it possible to track my order?

For sure, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped so that you can track the order delivery status via the tracking number or tracking link.

6. How much extra fee do I have to pay for a custom order?

It's depended on your request, usually, we can change the font color at no extra charge. Other requests are flexibly charged from 5-15 USD. But for the best support, please chat or email us for the best and most detailed information!

7. How do I send the photo attached with my order?

If you order a custom photo item, it usually has a "Choose your file" button so that you can attach your photo there. If you want to change or add more photos, you can send us via our email to support@magicexhalation.com. 

Note: Please include your order ID if you sent the photos via email so as not to be confused with other orders or lost. We will confirm your picture within 24 hours

8. I need the package urgently, is there a fast shipping service?

Yes, we do offer a "fast shipping" - ship in 1-3 days and the shipping overnight service if you are in urgent. As each package will charge a different extra fee, please chat or email us for the best support!
